Mig-17

The Museum's MiG-17 is a license built version known as a Lim-6bis.
It was built in Poland by PZL-WSK Milec for the Polish Air Force. The only
noticable difference between the Russian and the Polish version is the
addition of a Drag Chute housing at the base of the Vertical Fin. The Mig 17 was used in Korea
Vietnam and is still used by many third world countries!
